Initiate Your Request
Log into your FineLegends account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
